Three to four times per week or so, I cook lunch here in the truck. This is the normal menu and it's pretty good especially for $1.40!

First you need one of these slow cookers made for travelers. It uses your 12v plug in your truck for power. Here's the one I use.

Here's what I used for this meal and most meals. First you need liners for the cooker. After I line the inside of the cooker I put in one can of stewed tomatoes, one can mixed veggies (drained), one can potatoes either whole, sliced or diced (drained), then add pepper and a bit of hot sauce.

After I've added all the ingredients I then fold and wrap up the liner. Make sure you do this well as if you don't it will leak while cooking. I've found cooking time should be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. After that unplug it and let it cool for 45 mins or so.

This is what it looks like after it's cooled down a bit and ready to eat. All for $1.40. No buffet can beat that landfill!!!

WHAR'S THE BEEF? Yeah! The guy that taught you to eat that cheap would be very proud. I'll bet he's eating for less than you. Your meal would only be an appetizer for a professional buffet eater. Over and out.
