Shut down for the night at the T/A. A bit over 600 miles to the consignee and I can't deliver till Thursday morning so plenty of time.

Decided to follow the route Crete gave me instead of going with what my gut was telling me today. Crete's route had me taking I-84W, I-91S, I-95S, I-78W, I-81S, and so on. What my gut was telling me and after playing around with the route on my mapping program was that for about 10 extra miles take, I-84W, I-81S, I80W. The big difference was I would not even get close to NYC which Crete's route took me through the Bronx,Upper Manhatten, and across the GWB (George Washington Bridge). I figured it's been a good while since I'd been across the GWB and I'd be doing so at about noon so would avoid any rush hour at all. Couldn't be too bad, right? ,,, Wrong!,, Lost about an hour taking this route. Note to self for future reference, only go across the GWB if you need to.
